Scanned pages in the wrong order, an appendix that belongs at the end, a sideways page in the middle – PDF4U lets you fix all of that in one place. You see every page as a thumbnail, drag pages to their new position, turn single pages and remove the ones you don't need.
On phones and tablets, drag a page by its handle, or use the arrow buttons to move it one step at a time. The arrow buttons also work with the keyboard. Reverse order flips the whole document, which helps with stacks that were scanned back to front.
When you only reorder and rotate pages, PDF4U keeps bookmarks, form fields and internal links working. Everything runs in your browser – your PDF is never uploaded, and previews load only as you scroll, so even long documents stay quick to work with.
You can also insert blank pages – for notes, or so that chapters start on a right-hand page when printed double-sided – and add the pages of more PDFs, which then appear in the grid so you can mix them into the document. Typical jobs: put a cover letter in front of a CV, move an appendix to the end, fix the page order of a double-sided scan, or remove the blank pages a scanner added. Your original files are never changed.

Frequently asked questions
How do I move a page on my phone?
Touch and hold the dotted handle under the page and drag it to its new place, or tap the left and right arrows to move it one step at a time.
Can I undo my changes?
Yes. Click “Reset” to go back to the original page order with no rotations or removed pages. Your original file is never changed.
Will bookmarks and form fields still work?
If you only reorder and rotate pages, yes – the file is edited in place and keeps bookmarks, form fields and links. If you also remove, insert or add pages, a new file is built from the pages you keep and bookmarks are not carried over.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. PDF4U reorganizes your PDF in your browser, on your own device. Nothing is uploaded – see our privacy policy.
Can I combine pages from several PDFs?
Yes. Click “Add PDF” and choose one or more files: their pages appear in the grid after the page you last clicked, and you can drag them anywhere, rotate them or remove them. To simply join whole files, Merge PDF is quicker.
How do I insert a blank page?
Click a page, then click “Blank page”: an empty page of the same size is added after it. Drag it elsewhere if needed. Blank pages are useful for notes or to make chapters start on a front side when printing double-sided.
Can I rearrange PDF pages without Adobe Acrobat?
Yes. PDF4U runs in any modern browser, so you can rearrange PDF pages on Windows, Mac, Linux, Android or iPhone without installing Acrobat or any other software.
